Undertaking professional etiquette
Consultants of BrainMark are voluntary for the following engagements in order to manifest personal responsibility and professional etiquette. All engagements are supervised by BMG International Group:
1. BrainMark undertakes to work for clients’ interests before our benefits, serves clients with honesty, actual abilities and be independent with clients.
2. BrainMark undertakes to get information security in our whole life which you give for consulting purpose.
3. BrainMark undertakes not to work with two direct opponents during the time we are in validity of contract.
4. BrainMark undertakes to recommend enough Consulting Project Managers who are expert on knowledge, skills, abilities, attitude and professional etiquette for working with our clients.
5. BrainMark undertakes to do the projects what we are capable of doing well; we are based on understanding clients’ need and our belief to give clients surplus value.
6. BrainMark undertakes not serve clients with terms and conditions which injure the independence, honesty, prestige of clients or our prestige.
7. BrainMark undertakes to send clients the periodical report. The reports are kept in applied consulting diary and file folders with tight security standard.
8. BrainMark undertakes to work with transfer; we train your staff themselves to perform important works in consulting projects.
9. BrainMark undertakes not consult for clients if they are in the consulting contract with other companies.
10. BrainMark undertakes to calculate all in expenses based on clients’ saving and well effects and suitable for applied consulting projects
