On February, 16 & 17, 2012, Prudential Vietnam cooperated with BrainMark Consulting & Training to organize in-house training progarm “Speech Writing skills”. In the program, staff of Prudential  and faculty of BrainMark had opportunity to meet  and improve knowledge about the skills and techniques to write a successful and convinced speech.

To give an impressive speech, the speaker must equip themselves with a lot of knowledge and skills such as how to structure an essay,how to use words as well as how to fingure out and analyze the psychology of the audience. How to write an impressive & convinced speech is the content and also the main objective of this in-house training program at Prudential Vietnam.

Speaker of the program is Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien, CEO of Nam Giao Media JSC and journalist of the Journalists and The Public newspaper. With over 15 years experience in journalism, his lectures were drawn from his experience and the skills he accumulated during his work.

The program started with sharings  about the advantages of an impressive speech and problems a bad-prepared speech may bring, through which Prudential staff can have an overview of  what is a good speech and which mistakes to avoid when writing a speech

In the program, Prudential staff were encouraged to practice writing speeches and discuss. This is an opportunity for each one to recognize their strengths and weaknesses, which can improve their writing skills.

With the practical  and humorous examples, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien’s  lecture has brought a comfortable  atmosphere for the program. As a result, Prudential staff easily gained more knowledge.

Besides the lectures, Prudential staff is also shown more articles, photos and video clips throughout the session. This helps improve the visual characteristic of the lecture, helps students remember infomation more easily.

At the end of program, BrainMark’s representative gives certificates to the students.
